From those early days the Company has since evolved and expanded and provides travel products and services to the trade, direct consumer and corporate traveller. Initially, we set up a flight department to provide direct flights to India and Africa. As our list of partners continued to grow, we expanded our flight division and were able to offer flight discounts to worldwide destinations.
We saw our potential and came up with our Tailor Made Holiday experience. We started offering expert advice and focused on designing the ideal holiday itinerary inspired by your personal requirements. With our in-depth knowledge regarding every travel destination, we managed to begin our greatest journey of turning your travel dreams into a reality.
Established our corporate travel division aimed to serve clients travelling for work. Our goal is to assist companies in streamlining their travel expenses by offering discounted flights and hotels worldwide. We fully rely on our designated account executives, committed to providing the highest-quality service by personally overseeing each account. They are dedicated to fully understanding your specific needs and requirements and provide the utmost care and assistance regarding your travel needs. This helps your company to save valuable time and focus only on the business sphere.
This was a year of great change, as we relocated to new offices in London, Stanmore – which became our head office, where you can find and visit us today.
We launched our new MICE department, which stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions. It helps us arrange regular overseas conference meetings or corporate events for several companies, regardless of their field of expertise. We offer them a range of services, from accompanying them during venue site inspections to liaising with hotels and airlines to receive favourable group discounts. In addition, our team is also responsible for escorting delegates to their final destination, remaining available for further assistance.
This is the year when we launched our Escorted Tours department with the goal of tending to the needs of our clients who wished to travel in groups with like-minded people. The purpose of this is to ensure they still get personal service regardless of the fact they are travelling in groups of around 30 people. These are called hand-handled tours, where one of our highly-professional team members accompanies them along the way.
We developed this idea and now offer regular tours several times a month to different world destinations. We pride ourselves on our dedication to hand-pick the tours and establishing profound relationships with hotel and local partners. This also allows us to closely inspect each accommodation to ensure that we are offering an exceptional experience.
After more than 35 years of service, our Leicester branch has been relocated to Melton Road. The purpose of this is to enhance our assistance further and better serve the local community.
in 2021, we acquired Emerald TMC, a leading travel management company and welcomed their talented staff to our team, utilising the power of our combined experience to improve our customers’ benefit. We have worked on reconnecting with the clients we developed over the past 20 years and developed strategies to enhance new client opportunities.
