Welcome to your Citibond Tanzania Safari tour! On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, an English representative will greet you. After immigration and customs, you will be transferred to Arusha town for a short debrief and then depart to your lodge, passing through the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages as well as maize, coffee, and banana plantations. Arrive in time for lunch and then enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast, the journey continues northwest across the stunning hilly countryside of the highlands which is filled with wheat and coffee plantations, and then into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From here lie the vast plains of the Serengeti, where you’ll hopefully start spotting game well before you get into the park. Arrive at the lodge for lunch and then enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park, returning to the lodge as the sun sets for dinner and overnight at your lodge in Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, we drive to Ngorongoro, viewing game across the vast Serengeti plain stopping for a picnic lunch. You continue to your lodge, set high on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, returning to the lodge as the sun sets for dinner and overnight at lodge in Ngorongoro Crater.

A highlight awaits you this morning as you depart to explore what is commonly referred to as the world’s largest wildlife zoo. After breakfast, you descend with a picnic lunch through the early morning mists and 2,000 feet into the crater. A picnic lunch is served overlooking a small lake populated with hippos. Return to the lodge as the sun sets for dinner and overnight at your lodge in Ngorongoro Crater.

Mount Kilimanjaro
Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Tanzania and the highest free-standing mountain in the world is for Adrenaline junkies. It is a favorite destination in Tanzania for thrill-seekers and expert climbers. The defining picture of Tanzania is Kilimanjaro, a World Heritage Site coming into existence by the eruption of a volcano along the “Rift Valley” ages ago. Kilimanjaro National Park comprises a few smaller peaks, highlands, plateaus, and forests and surrounds the area of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Stone Town
Zanzibar's cultural center, Stone Town, hasn't undergone many renovations and the city's distinct attractiveness comes from the big old Arabian mansions that line the curvy lanes and twisting streets. You can see a beautiful blend of the Swahili, Arab, and Persian civilizations evident in Stone Town. You can explore the numerous architectural wonders tucked away along the network of winding lanes of Stone Town. The Old Dispensary with its intricately carved balconies, the People's Palace, Beit el-Sahel, the Darajani Market, Anglican Cathedral, Forodhani Gardens, the Hamamni Persian Baths, Beit el-Amani, City Hall, and the Old Fort, Stone Town's oldest building, are a few of the city's highlights.
Serengeti National Park
Millions of animals inhabit or pass through the huge, treeless plain of Serengeti National Park in quest of new pastures. Although the yearly wildebeest migration is what makes the Serengeti renowned, you may also observe the Big Five, lions which are around 2500 in the region and close to 500 different bird species there.
Pemba Island
The underwater paradise in the Zanzibar chain is home to sea fans, coral gardens, and vibrant sponges. The primary population center on Pemba, Chake Chake, is a well-liked base for scuba divers. It has a more relaxed environment, and mountain bikers are drawn to the island's steep hills and deep valleys. Misali Island Beach, a stunning stretch of white sand on an undeveloped tropical island, is an absolute must-see location.
Lake Manyara National Park
The landscape of this wonderful park is one of its kind as it comprises wetlands, meadows, and forests creating an experience that is unique to visitors. Lake comprises most of the park and is home to a variety of birds, including flocks of flamingos. The best part of visiting this Park is getting up close and personal with its numerous hippos, lions, elephants and the highest number of baboons around the entire world giving a completely different perspective to the parks altogether.
