Resting in the magnificent Great Rift Valley and presided over by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Kenya is characterized by hauntingly beautiful natural landscapes of forested hills, patchwork farms, wooded savanna and vast forests brimming with an extraordinary abundance of wildlife. The nation’s diverse range of traditional African cultures is influenced by over 70 unique ethnic groups from the Maasai, Samburu, Kikuyu, and Turkana tribes to the Arabs and Indians that settled on the coast. Add to this: an exquisite tropical coastline fringed with breathtaking golden sand beaches; gorgeous coral gardens providing excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities; and a slew of lively beach resorts, and it is easy to see why so many visitors flock here from around the world to experience a truly unique African adventure in one of the world’s most pristine safari destinations.
On arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by your driver guide and depart from Nairobi and travel west through the Kenya’s fertile highlands, where rolling tea and coffee estates abound. Then suddenly to your left, the trees part to reveal a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley, with dormant Longonot volcano taking centre stage. Your panoramic journey will then take you to Lake Naivasha, with its Crescent Island, arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Later enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After a leisurely breakfast, depart for a morning visit to Hells Gate National Park (park fee included). Hell’s Gate covers an area of around 69 sq km. The main characteristic of the park is its diverse topography and geological scenery, with some spectacular gorge walks, scenic landscape and hot springs to enjoy. It is also an important home to the lammergeyer vulture. Return to the lodge for lunch and then later in the afternoon enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru, game drive enroute to the Lodge, arrive at the Lodge for lunch and then enjoy further game drive in lake Nakuru National Park, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, you’ll travel across the bottom of the rift escarpment and head southeast, passing the dormant Longonot volcano on your right. Then you’ll turn off the main road across the Rift Valley and head towards Narok, district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. After Narok you’ll travel across the “breadbasket” of Kenya, covered with acres of wheat and barley, before you reach the Mara and your lodge, home to some of the greatest concentrations of game in Africa.

Start early with a game drive before breakfast, and returning to the lodge for meals. This reserve is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here, particularly when the migration is on, and millions of wildebeests and zebras make their way back and forth across the Mara River on their annual trek. The Mara is also noted for its abundance of lions – particularly the superb black manned males. You’ll see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as, if you’re lucky, leopard, cheetah and rhino. All the Big Five are residents. You’re sure to see the African buffalo. The huge expanse of grassland covers 320 sq. km and is dotted with distinctive flat-topped acacia trees are watered by two rivers, Mara River and Talek River. It is also home to the nomadic Maasai people, who can be see grazing their cattle, usually brightly dressed in red chequered capes.

After breakfast depart for Mara Simba Lodge game viewing en route , arrive in time for lunch and then afternoon game drive in the Mara National Reserve, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast depart the Masai Mara and head across acres of rolling wheat and barley farms to Narok, the district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. From here cross the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley whilst keeping an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle before heading up the rift escarpment. Arrive into Kenya’s bustling capital in the early afternoon. Once in the city, you will be dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta airport for your onward flight to Mombasa
On arrival to Mombasa you will be transferred to Sarova Whitesands on half board basis for your beach stay.
Leisure at Hotel
After breakfast, you will be transferred to International airport to board your flight for onward destination. End of service.
